Intimate True Portraits
You don’t have to perform for the camera—just be yourself.
We begin with a conversation—no rush, no script. Over coffee or a quiet walk‑through of ideas, we listen for the thread of your story: what you want to honour, what you’re ready to let go, the version of you that feels most alive. From that shared ground, we sketch one or two simple directions—just enough structure to hold the moment, not enough to cage it.
On session day, we keep things calm. It might be your home, a sunlit corner of a studio, or a place that means something to you. We shape the light—natural or studio—until it matches the mood we named together. Then we shoot inside that feeling: breath, gesture, stillness; the glance you give the mirror when no one’s watching. The goal isn’t a perfect pose—it’s a photograph that feels like an exhale.
You won’t be asked to hurry. The clock matters less than trust. This is a safe space built for presence, not performance. When we’re done, you’ll have images that hold your character, not just your silhouette.

Fashion Editorials, Catalogues & Portfolios
Where concept meets craft—and the brief gets a heartbeat.
We start with the assignment and build the concept outward: the silhouette of the brand, the mood of the season, the arc we want a viewer to feel frame by frame. Wardrobe is curated, references gathered, the creative lane clearly marked—polaroids clean when they need to be, editorial sequences with room for surprise.
On set, the day flows with purpose. We map a shooting order, test light, and move through looks with the efficiency of a production and the curiosity of a story hunt. The images stay inside industry standards—crisp polaroids, strong digitals, or a cohesive editorial narrative—but there’s always a moment where we push, just enough to make it memorable: a framing that’s bolder, a texture that carries the brand’s voice, a gesture that reads human before it reads “campaign.”
By wrap, you have a consistent, on‑brief set that feels current, credible, and alive.

Storytelling for Social Impact
Stories that don’t just show the work—they carry the voices at the center of it.
This is documentary work shaped by listening. I arrive to embed quickly and respectfully—since 2003 I’ve worked across communities in Africa, Latin America, and Asia—learning names, rhythms, and the quiet rules of a place. We spend time where the project’s impact is actually felt. The camera stays open but never intrusive; consent and context lead.
Each assignment is built with your strategy in mind. I’m fluent in the language of development—logframes, stakeholders, MEL—and I translate that into photographs and short narratives that are both accountable and deeply human. The result is visual storytelling that honours the community’s voice, gives your funders clarity, and helps your team learn from the field in real time.
Whether it’s environmental restoration, community livelihoods, or social inclusion, the coverage aims beyond “good work on display” and into lived experience—so audiences trust what they see.

Logistics & access: On‑the‑ground logistics are not included. Depending on context, I may need your support to reach specific locations and to be introduced to the right local partners and community leaders (e.g., permits, fixers/translators, local transport, accommodation). I can coordinate these with your team; costs are billed separately.
